Public entrances, participant entrances, parking instructions and traffic information will be released before the event.
Participant, vendor and food truck arrival times will be sent to registered participants before the event. Entertainment schedule, judging times, award presentation and special guest appearance will be announced separately.
Important Event Information
- Motion Fest is an outdoor event
- The event is family-friendly
- Children must remain under adult supervision
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- Guests must follow all event and security instructions
- No unauthorized vending, solicitation or promotional activity
- Outside alcohol, weapons and illegal substances are prohibited
- Unregistered vehicles may not enter the participant showcase area
- Professional cameras, drones and commercial recording equipment require advance approval
- Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes
- Entertainment, appearances and event details are subject to change
Motion Fest is an outdoor event. Weather-related updates, delays, postponements or other changes will be communicated through the official Motion Fest Instagram page and the email address used during checkout. Final postponement and refund policies will apply as stated at checkout.
Tickets and registrations are valid only for Motion Fest Car & Bike Show on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may not be accepted. Purchase tickets and registrations only through the official Motion Fest ticket page. All purchases are subject to the final refund, transfer and reentry policies stated during checkout.
